Integral control of process

In 2011 we created “Inox nos Eixos, Lda”, a company dedicated to turning and milling. Our team is made up of very capable and experienced technicians who specialise in series work in both turning and milling.

Because we are not just suppliers, we are partners who regulate their entire activity to deliver work of the highest quality and precision. quality and precision, always fulfilling the expectations and wishes of those who work with us.

1 - Receipt of order or customer request (technical specification, material, diameter, tolerances, series / single piece).

2 - Selecting the right material (e.g. stainless steel, aluminium or technical plastic).

3 - For series parts: preparation of turning or milling tools.

4 - Turning or milling according to the type of part (series or piece by piece) and the specified dimensions.

5 - Finishes, and quality control, especially for precision parts and demanding sectors (automotive, hydraulics).

6 - Packaging/shipping for the client.
